We wanted our tart pastry to be as buttery and less flaky as possible so after many tireless attempts, we refined the ultimate recipe and managed to use zero preservatives!

Now, Ohhya is working toward showcasing pineapple tarts and other cookies in the making as deluxe confections with superior taste.
